At this time, Outreach Clinic is making efforts to minimize exposure and reduce transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19) to our patients, clients and staff. We are asking screening questions, prior to entering our facility to identify those who are at risk of COVID-19. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this process.
If you have an appointment, please call us at 406.233.3098 and we will greet you at our front door.
If you do not have an appointment, please call the above number to speak to someone for further guidance.
It is important to stay home if you are sick to prevent spreading the virus. Please help us protect our vulnerable population by answering these questions
Do you have any symptoms?
•Fever (temperature above 99.5F forehead/ 100.4 oral)
•Shortness of breath, or lower respiratory infection symptoms
•Recent loss of taste or smell
Have you had potential exposure?
• In the past month, have you been in contact with someone who was confirmed or suspected to have the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
• Have you traveled internationally or out of state in the past month? If you have travelled within the last month call 406.233.3098 to receive instructions.
If you answer YES to any of the above questions, please call the Clinic at 406.233.3098 so we can assess risk and make appropriate referrals. If our staff assesses you to be at risk, you will be asked to schedule your appointment to a future date for the safety of our staff and patients.
Due to CONVID-19 Outreach Clinic is screening potential patients case by case. Temperatures above 99.5° F and/or pulse oximetry reading below 90% will be referred to the potential patient’s primary care physician, health department, free clinic or emergency room at the local hospital for services as we are not currently able to screen or handle potentially infectious diseases at this time.
All persons entering the Outreach Clinic must wear a protective mask while inside the walls of the Outreach Clinic and failure to do so will result in a termination of services by the Outreach Clinic and will be asked to leave the premises.
No children, elderly people (65 and older) or people with compromised health shall enter the Clinic until further notice.
